Do I need a PayPal account to make a purchase?

No, you do not need to have a PayPal account. However, if you already have a PayPal account, you may use it as your payment method.

When will my order be shipped?

Your order will ship the next business day after it is received.

How will my order be shipped?

U.S. orders ship via USPS 1st Class Mail.
International orders ship via USPS 1st Class Mail International.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs are calculated based upon the number and type of products in your cart. To view shipping costs, add your desired products to your cart, proceed to the cart page, select your country and click "Update Your Cart Total".

Will the colors in my print or card look exactly like the colors I see on screen?

We work very hard to photograph our work so that the colors appear as accurate as possible on screen. However, because colors vary among monitor types, there may be some slight differences.

Can I make a return?

We want you to be happy with your purchase; if not, you may return it. Please notify us of your intention to return within 5 days of receiving your items. Items must be returned in the original packaging, and be in resellable condition. Upon receipt of returned items, your credit card or Paypal account will be refunded. Return shipping is nonrefundable.

What if I receive a damaged item?

Please email us to report any damaged items. We will send out a replacement asap.
